Pray & Prepare for the Mass

February 15, 2026: 6th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Jeremiah contrasts those cursed who trust in human beings with those blessed who trust in the Lord—like trees planted beside waters that bear fruit in every season. Paul argues passionately that if Christ has not been raised, our faith is in vain; but Christ has been raised, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. In Luke’s Beatitudes, Jesus declares the poor, hungry, weeping, and persecuted blessed, but pronounces woe upon the rich, full, laughing, and well-spoken-of.

February 22, 2026: First Sunday of Lent

Through one man, Adam, sin entered the world, but through one man, Christ, grace overflows all the more; where Adam failed the test in the garden, Jesus triumphs over the devil in the desert
