Charitable Outreach:
The charitable Outreach Group, formed by parishioners from St. Elizabeth and Holy Family, gathers on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. This dedicated group actively engages in four key initiatives: delivering food to The Good Samaritan House to support those in need, assisting individuals at a local laundromat with their laundry needs, creating care bags for the homeless, and food collection for the Holy Family Food Pantry. Through these efforts, they work to make a meaningful difference in their community, embodying the spirit of compassion and service. Below are some of the items that we collect.
Bags for Homeless: draw string bags, travel Shampoo, toothbrush and tooth paste, rain ponchos, bottled water, grandala bars, socks, gloves, hats, hand sanitizer, body wipes, and lip balm
Laundry Mat: snack size zip lock bags, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and quarters
Holy Family Food Pantry: pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, canned soup, canned vegetables, apple sauce, and any other non perishable food items
